All around the world, genders are being discriminated by the opposite gender.
There are 51 % of unman population is woman in the world , in the other word 2% more than the man.Since the beginning of the 20th century, women has protested consistently to gain equal rights . Feminist group still believe that women are heavily discriminated against in today's world. Every women in developed countries tent to believe that they face discrimination at their work place - through sexual harassment and unequal pay.
All of these statements, make it seem as if society is, by nature, against
women’s rights; but, are all of these statements really true? Are women still discriminated against? To the dismay of feminist and women groups,
some recent studies state that often the issue of gender discrimination is overstated.
The thing is, we all know that it is wrong but we have continued to do it for years. It is unlawful to harass a person because of their sex. Harassment can include "sexual harassment" or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.

Cause of terrorism
RELIGIOUS
Islam today is viewed by many in the West as an aggressive religion that promotes terrorism. Sadly, it is often the case that the killing of innocent people, suicide bombings, and terrorist activitie are carried out by people who claim to be Muslims; however, in reality, the responsibility for such malicious acts actually rests with the so-called scholars of Islam, who are gravely mistaken in their understanding of the issue of Jihad. They consider the unjustified killing of human beings ‘by the sword’ as a religious duty. These scholars have deliberately misinterpreted some of the Mutashabihat (complex and multifaceted) verses of the Holy Qur’an and equated true Islamic Jihad to rebellion for their own benefits.
Example that supports religious is the cause of terrorism
Buddhism is a religion or approach to an enlightened life based on the teachings of the Buddha Siddhartha Gautama twenty five centuries ago in northern India. The edict not to kill or inflict pain on others is integral to Buddhist thought. Periodically, however, Buddist monks have encouraged violence or initiated it. The primary example in the 20th and 21st century is in Sri Lanka, where Sinhala Buddhist groups have committed and encouraged violence against local Christians and Tamils. The leader of Aum Shinrikyo, a Japanese cult that committed a lethal sarin gas attack in the mid-1990s, drew on Buddhist as well as Hindu ideas to justify his beliefs.

Commentary on Shooting an Elephant
The purpose of the article is to provide information about the experience of the narrator, called upon to shoot an aggressive elephant while working as a police officer in Burma. The genre of the passage seems to be fiction. The tone of the passage seems to be sarcastic.

The narrator talks about how the rule of Burman's traps the writter into a system and that he was forced to shoot the elephant. This reflects his behaviour in the passage when he has to make a decision between whether to kill the elephant or not to. He knows that if he does not kill the elephant it will causes problems for the village but at the same time he knows that if he kills the elephant it would only be worth the value of his tusks, five pounds.
In the first passage, the term 'Grandmotherly' is used by the writer which shows that the writer have feelings and affection for the elephant.
In the passage " the crowd grew very still and a deep low , happy sigh as of the people who see the theatre curtain go up at last breathed from innumerable throats" describes the moment ,how the crowd were behaving when he was about to aim at the beast. He describes the "devilish roar of glee that went up from the crowd when he pulled the trigger and shot the elephant".This sentence signifies the moment where people were shouting with cheers and happiness when the writer shots the elephant. The writer uses words like 'suddenly , stricken , shrunken , immensely old " that describes the poor condition of the elephant after the first shot.At the second shot he describes the elephant situation when the beast was using his full effort to climb into his feet. The writer takes the beast's soul with his fourth and fifth bullet.
The description of blood coming like red velvet shows writers mixed feelings. The passage end with sorrowful tone.
